Managing Stress

The first way that I feel that I have managed my stress is by stepping back and taking a few minutes to myself and just taking a breather. I feel that that having the organization that I have had for years has also helped me manage my stress level and help make my work day go by more smoothly.

Workplace teams

I feel that I need to let others help me more when it is a team effort. I have been the one that if I know what to do, I go ahead and get it done. If is hard for me to wait for someone else to help get something done. When I see something that needs to be done I go ahead and do it.

What I would like to get from this class?

I have been working with the office world for the past 10 years. I feel even after being in this field for this long there is always something else to learn. I hope that I will be able to learn the easier way to handle some of the tough situations that me come up. There is always another surprises hanging out around the corner and you want always learn how to handle them all.
